新文科背景下应用型本科高校国际经济与贸易专业人才培养模式改革研究

Research on the Reform of Talent Cultivation Mode for International Economics and Trade Majors in Applied Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of New Liberal Arts

摘要: 随着全球经济的深度融合和新文科理念的兴起，国际经济与贸易专业人才培养面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文在剖析新文科背景下应用型国际经济与贸易专业人才培养现实需求以及当前人才培养模式存在问题的基础上，从准确定位人才培养目标、合理设置课程体系、深化教学改革、建立健全合作机制、强化师资队伍建设等方面为应用型本科高校国贸人才培养模式提出了改革优化建议。

Abstract: With the deep integration of the global economy and the emergence of the new liberal arts concept, the cultivation of talents in international economics and trade is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Based on an analysis of the practical demands for cultivating talents in applied international economics and trade majors under the background of new liberal arts, as well as the existing issues in the current talent cultivation mode, this paper proposes reform and optimization suggestions for the talent cultivation mode of international trade in applied undergraduate colleges from aspects such as accurately positioning talent cultivation objectives, reasonably establishing a curriculum system, deepening teaching reforms, establishing and improving cooperation mechanisms, and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff.
