以《红楼梦》角色为例的中医体质学探析

Exploring the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution with Characters from “A Dream of the Red Mansions” as Examples

摘要: 《红楼梦》，作为中国古典文学的瑰宝，不仅在文学领域有着举足轻重的地位，同时也蕴含了丰富的中医药学知识。曹雪芹将中医体质理论融入人物塑造与情节发展中，生动展现了中医生理、病理、心理学的精髓。文章从中医体质学视角，深入剖析《红楼梦》中关于女性体质的描述，以气虚、血虚、阴虚、气郁体质类型为例，结合现代医学理论，探讨体质特征与妇科疾病之间的关系；分析《红楼梦》中的治疗手段(如草药疗法、饮食调理、情志管理等)在现代医学实践中的应用，提出《红楼梦》中的中医妇科学知识对现代妇科疾病预防和治疗的启示。

Abstract: “A Dream of Red Mansions”, as a treasure of Chinese classical literature, not only has a pivotal position in the field of literature, but also contains rich knowledge of Chinese medicine. Cao Xueqin integrates the theory of TCM constitution into characterization and plot development, which vividly demonstrates the essence of TCM physiology, pathology and psychology. In this paper, we analyze the description of women’s constitutions in “A Dream of Red Mansions” from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine constitutions, take the physique types of Qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, and Qi depression as examples, and combine them with the modern medical theories to explore the relationship between constitution characteristics and gynecological disorders; we analyze the therapeutic means (e.g., herbal remedies, dietary regulation, and affective management, etc.) in “A Dream of Red Mansions” for their application in the modern medical practice, and proposes the revelation of Chinese medicine and gynecology in “A Dream of Red Mansions” to the prevention and treatment of modern gynecological diseases.
