Modern Changes of Qingdao Zhongshan Road Financial Street

摘要: 当今全球性经济的发展趋势，不断地影响区域与国家间的行动，也促使我们对新型城市规划格局进行反思性定序。青岛中山路在德占时期被称为东方华尔街，历经百年兴衰，至今仍是青岛最著名的商业街区。为适应当今全球一体化的经济模式，探讨现代性社会制度对金融系统发展的影响。将现代性社会的发展理论嵌入到城市建筑与规划研究中，研究现代性的青岛中山路金融街区变迁。现代性的民族国家在时间–空间延伸的过程中，面临着诸多挑战和机遇。国家需要不断应对新的国际形势和挑战，以保持竞争力和影响力；国家还需要关注其内部不同地区和群体之间的问题，以实现可持续发展。

Abstract: Today’s global economic development trend constantly affects the actions between regions and countries, and also urges us to make a reflective sequencing of the new urban planning pattern. Zhongshan Road in Qingdao was called Oriental Wall Street during the German occupation. After a hundred years of ups and downs, it is still the most famous commercial district in Qingdao. In order to adapt to today’s global economic model, this paper discusses the influence of modern social system on the development of financial system. The development theory of modern society is embedded into the study of urban architecture and planning, and the changes of the financial block of Zhongshan Road in Qingdao are studied. The modern nation-state is facing many challenges and opportunities in the process of time-space extension. Countries need to constantly respond to new international situations and challenges in order to maintain competitiveness and influence; Countries also need to pay attention to the problems between different regions and groups in order to achieve sustainable development.
