活络效灵丹加减治疗跟骨骨折术后肿痛验案一则
A Case Report on the Treatment of Post-Operative Swelling and Pain in Calcaneal Fracture Using Modified Huoluoxiaoling Pill
摘要: 目的：对1例跟骨骨折术后肿痛患者运用活络效灵丹加味治疗，为临床用药提供新的思路与方法。方法：对1例跟骨骨折术后肿痛的患者以活络效灵丹为基础方加减口服，观察其肿胀消退情况、疼痛缓解程度评估疗效。结果：患者共服药14剂，肿痛尽除，疗效佳。结论：在治疗跟骨骨折术后肿痛时运用活血行滞、利湿消肿、祛瘀通络的方法可取得良好治疗效果。
Abstract: Objective: This paper aims to explore the application of a modified Huoluoxiaoling Pill in the treatment of swelling and pain after calcaneal fracture surgery, providing new ideas and methods for clinical medication. Methods: A patient with swelling and pain after calcaneal fracture surgery was treated with a modified Huoluoxiaoling Pill, observing the reduction of swelling and pain relief to evaluate its efficacy. Results: The patient received 14 doses of the medication, with complete resolution of swelling and pain, demonstrating good therapeutic effects. Conclusion: The use of Huoluoxiaoling Pill in the treatment of postoperative swelling and pain from calcaneal fractures, through methods of promoting blood circulation, reducing dampness, and removing stasis to unblock the meridians, can achieve excellent therapeutic results.
