摘要: 文章研究了改性沥青的相容性影响因素及其性能分析。通过实验分析了SBS改性剂的种类、基质沥青的选择、助剂的使用以及制备工艺对改性沥青性能的影响。研究发现,SBS改性剂的类型、掺量、基质沥青的种类以及助剂的使用都会显著影响改性沥青的相容性和性能。通过差式扫描量热试验(DSC)和荧光显微分析等方法,评估了不同条件下改性沥青的热稳定性、高温性能、低温性能和储存稳定性。结果表明,适当增加稳定剂和相容剂的掺量可以改善改性沥青的相容性和性能,但需控制在一定范围内以避免过度影响性能。此外,改性剂的掺量和类型、基质沥青的选择也对改性沥青的性能有重要影响。
Abstract: This paper studies the factors affecting the compatibility of modified asphalt and its performance analysis. Through experimental analysis, the effects of the type of SBS modifier, the selection of base asphalt, the use of additives, and the preparation process on the performance of modified asphalt are studied. It is found that the type, dosage, and kind of base asphalt of the SBS modifier, as well as the use of additives, significantly affect the compatibility and performance of modified asphalt. Methods such as Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and fluorescent microanalysis are used to evaluate the thermal stability, high-temperature performance, low-temperature performance, and storage stability of modified asphalt under different conditions. The results show that appropriately increasing the dosage of stabilizers and compatibilizers can improve the compatibility and performance of modified asphalt, but it needs to be controlled within a certain range to avoid excessive impact on performance. In addition, the dosage and type of the modifier, as well as the selection of base asphalt, also have an important impact on the performance of modified asphalt.
