基于服务设计的品牌战略构建
Building Brand Strategy Based on Service Design
摘要: 在当今复杂多变的市场环境中,品牌不仅是企业差异化竞争的关键,更是企业与顾客之间建立情感连接的重要桥梁。服务设计作为一种以顾客为中心的设计方法,强调通过优化服务流程、提升服务体验来增强顾客满意度和忠诚度。本文旨在探讨服务设计在品牌战略构建中的关键作用,通过分析服务设计与品牌战略的内在联系,提出一种基于服务设计的品牌战略构建方法。通过理论探讨与实证研究相结合的方式,本文揭示了服务设计在提升品牌体验、增强品牌忠诚度以及塑造独特品牌形象方面的独特价值。
Abstract: In today’s complex and ever-changing market environment, branding serves as not only a key factor in differentiated competition among enterprises but also an important bridge for establishing emotional connections between enterprises and customers. Service design, as a customer-centric design approach, emphasizes enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by optimizing service processes and improving service experiences. This paper aims to explore the pivotal role of service design in building brand strategies. By analyzing the intrinsic link between service design and brand strategy, it proposes a method for constructing brand strategies based on service design. Through a combination of theoretical exploration and empirical research, this paper uncovers the unique value of service design in enhancing brand experiences, strengthening brand loyalty, and shaping a unique brand image.
