摘要: 为深入了解我国碳金融法律制度的完善路径，本文将聚焦于建立健全碳金融相关领域法律制度、完善碳排放交易法律制度、优化金融机构支持碳金融发展法律制度等多个方面。通过这一过程，旨在为我国在碳金融法律制度建设明确方向，使其在全球碳金融舞台上发挥引领和协同的作用，以期探讨并提出完善和提升我国碳金融发展法律制度科学的建议，为促进碳金融的健康发展提供参考和指导，在实现“双碳”目标的过程中，逐步构建起一套较为完善的碳金融市场体系。

Abstract: In order to gain a deeper understanding of the improvement path of China’s carbon finance legal system, this article will focus on establishing and improving legal systems related to carbon finance, perfecting legal systems for carbon emissions trading, optimizing legal systems for financial institutions to support the development of carbon finance, and other aspects. Through this process, the aim is to clarify the direction of China’s carbon finance legal system construction, enabling it to play a leading and collaborative role on the global carbon finance stage, in order to explore and propose suggestions for improving and enhancing the scientific development of China’s carbon finance legal system, providing reference and guidance for promoting the healthy development of carbon finance, and gradually building a relatively complete carbon finance market system in the process of achieving the “dual carbon” goal.
