Research on Green Supply Chain Management Mode of Power Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

摘要: 双碳背景下，供应链绿色低碳发展已成为企业实现可持续发展的重点之一。本文以探索电力装备制造企业绿色供应链管理模式为目标，基于绿色供应链理论和企业实践经验，结合电力装备制造全生命周期供应链特点，构建企业绿色供应链管理框架，从计划、采购、物流、回收等视角探索企业供应链管理的关键点，形成系统的绿色供应链管理模式，并提出绿色供应链实施建议，为帮助企业建立和完善绿色供应链管理体系，推动企业绿色低碳转型具有重要意义。

Abstract: In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, the green and low-carbon development of the supply chain has become one of the key points for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. With the goal of exploring the green supply chain management mode of power equipment manufacturing enterprises, this paper constructs a green supply chain management framework for enterprises based on the theory of green supply chain and the practical experience of enterprises, combined with the characteristics of the whole life cycle supply chain of power equipment manufacturing, explores the key points of enterprise supply chain management from the perspectives of planning, procurement, logistics, and recycling, forms a systematic green supply chain management model, and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of green supply chain, in order to help enterprises establish and improve the green supply chain management system. It is of great significance to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises.
