A Case of the “Zhibian Permeable Channel” Acupuncture Method Combined with Electroacupuncture in the Treatment of Female Stress Urinary Incontinence

摘要: 压力性尿失禁是当今社会中年、老年女性一种高发、普遍的盆底疾病。据最新统计表明，尿失禁在美国的发病率大于17.1%，在我国，成年女性压力性尿失禁患病的概率高于18.9%。压力性尿失禁疾病已经严重影响女性患者的正常生活质量以及正常人际交往的能力，对女性患者产生了严重的精神负担以及心理负担。近十年左右，伴随着人们对于生活品质和生活健康状况的要求逐步提升，人们开始追求生活幸福感及生活满意度。SUI因为影响人们日常生活满意度而开始逐渐被重视，因此SUI的治疗开始作为现代医学界分析研究的热点。本文章通过对杨东霞老师运用“秩边透水道”针法结合电针治疗压力性尿失禁验案一则的临床治疗方法特点加以分析，论述杨东霞老师运用“秩边透水道”针法结合电针治疗的临床经验总结。

Abstract: Stress urinary incontinence is a high-incidence and common pelvic floor disease in middle-aged and elderly women today. According to the latest statistics, the incidence of urinary incontinence in the United States is greater than 17.1%, and the probability of stress urinary incontinence in adult women in China can reach higher than 18.9%. Stress urinary incontinence has seriously affected the normal quality of life and normal interpersonal communication ability of female patients, and has caused serious mental and psychological burden to female patients. In the past decade or so, with the gradual improvement of people’s requirements for quality of life and health status, people have begun to pursue life happiness and life satisfaction. SUI has gradually been paid attention to because it affects people’s daily life satisfaction, so the treatment of SUI has begun to become a hot topic of analysis and research in the modern medical community. This article analyzes the characteristics of the clinical treatment method of Yang Dongxia’s use of “Zhibian Permeable Channel” acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence, and discusses the clinical experience of Yang Dongxia’s use of “Zhibian Permeable Channel” acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture.
