近30年妊娠高血压疾病的产后研究现状——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘要: 目的:基于文献计量方法,探索妊娠高血压疾病产后的研究现状、发展趋势及前沿分析,以期为后续该领域的研究提供方向和思考。方法:以1994~2024年中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science (WoS)数据库来源的文献为数据,应用CiteSpace软件对作者、研究机构、关键词进行共现分析和绘制知识图谱。结果:共纳入妊娠高血压疾病产后研究的文献4702篇,近30年来文献发文量总体呈波动性上升趋势;高产作者包括陈敦金、Sibai,Baha M、杨孜等人;国内外发文量最多的机构分别是首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院和Columbia Medical Center;研究热点主要集中在临床症状、干预方式、危险因素等领域;研究前沿与趋势主要有血压调控、机制研究、构建评估模型、随访远期风险等。结论:国内外对于这一领域的重视程度正在持续上升,未来的研究趋势主要集中在挖掘HDP病因因素,构建“未病先防”的预防性治疗、开展循证评价研究,建立HDP产后血压管理方案、探索HDP合并特殊疾病的产后综合治疗方案为主。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the current research status, development trends, and cutting-edge analysis of postpartum hypertensive disorders of pregnancy using bibliometric methods, in order to provide direction and insights for subsequent research in this field. Methods: Utilizing literature from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science (WoS) databases from 1994 to 2024, the CiteSpace software was applied to conduct co-occurrence analysis and create knowledge maps for authors, research institutions, and keywords. Results: A total of 4702 research articles on postpartum hypertensive disorders of pregnancy were included. Over the past 30 years, the number of publications has shown an overall trend of fluctuating increase. High-yield authors include Chen Dunjin, Sibai, Baha M, Yang Zi, among others. The most productive institutions in China and internationally are Beijing Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated with Capital Medical University and Columbia Medical Center, respectively. Research hotspots are mainly focused on clinical symptoms, intervention methods, risk factors, and other areas. The cutting-edge research and trends involve blood pressure regulation, mechanism research, construction of assessment models, and follow-up of long-term risks. Conclusions: The level of attention to this field is continuously rising both domestically and internationally. Future research trends will mainly focus on uncovering the etiological factors of Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy (HDP), constructing preventive treatment strategies for “prevention before disease onset”, conducting evidence-based evaluation research, forming postpartum blood pressure management plans for HDP, and exploring comprehensive postpartum treatment plans for HDP complicated by special diseases.
