龙江皮科流派治疗银屑病经验浅析

A Brief Analysis of the Experience of Longjiang Dermatology School in Treating Psoriasis

摘要: 银屑病作为一种常见的慢性复发性炎症性鳞屑性皮肤病，给患者造成了极大的困扰。龙江皮科流派作为中医皮科重要学术流派之一，基于其东北高寒气候特色，形成其独特学术体系。对于银屑病的诊治有独特见解，提出了从毒论治、从血论治、从脾论治、从寒论治的诊治思路，采用解毒祛邪、理血散瘀、健脾祛湿、温阳散寒之法，在临床上取得卓越疗效。本文旨在总结龙江流派治疗银屑病的特色学术思想，以促中医皮科学术交流，互融互通。

Abstract: Psoriasis, as a common chronic recurrent inflammatory scaly skin disease, has caused great trouble to patients. As one of the important academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine, Longjiang dermatology school has formed a unique academic system based on its characteristics of the high cold climate in the northeast. It has unique views on the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis, and puts forward the ideas of diagnosis and treatment from poison, blood, spleen, and cold. It adopts the methods of detoxification and dispelling evil, blood and dispelling stasis, strengthening the spleen and dispelling moisture, and warming yang and dispelling cold, which has achieved excellent clinical curative effects. This article aims to summarize the characteristic academic ideas of Longjiang dermatology school in the treatment of psoriasis, so as to promote the academic exchange and integration of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology.
