中药熏洗剂治疗痔疮术后的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Post-Operative Hemorrhoids with Chinese Herbal Fumigation and Washing Agents

摘要: 痔疮术后，患者常面临疼痛、出血和水肿等困扰，影响康复。中药熏洗法作为传统疗法，通过活血化瘀、消肿镇痛及抗炎促愈合等作用，在术后管理中展现显著优势。其温热与药理效应能有效缓解疼痛，促进循环，减轻水肿，并加速创面愈合。近年来，中药熏洗联合红光治疗、艾灸、药膏等方法，在提升治疗效果、改善患者生活质量方面取得显著成效。其对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合及炎症因子的积极影响进一步验证了其治疗价值。中西医结合治疗肛肠疾病术后问题，结合了中医药独特优势与现代医学技术，为患者提供全面、个性化的治疗方案。随着研究的深入，中药熏洗的应用将更为广泛，有望为患者带来更佳的康复体验。文章就近年来的中药熏洗通过单独用药和联合多种方法对术后并发症的治疗效果进行总结回顾。

Abstract: After hemorrhoid surgery, patients often face troubles such as pain, bleeding, and edema, which can hinder their recovery. As a traditional treatment method, Chinese herbal fumigation and washing therapy has demonstrated significant advantages in post-operative management through its functions of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis, reducing swelling and relieving pain, as well as anti-inflammatory and wound-healing promotion. Its warm and pharmacological effects can effectively alleviate pain, promote circulation, reduce edema, and accelerate wound healing. In recent years, the combination of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing therapy with red light therapy, moxibustion, ointments, and other methods has achieved remarkable results in improving treatment efficacy and patients’ quality of life. Its positive impact on wound healing and inflammatory factors after perianal abscess surgery further verifies its therapeutic value. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of post-operative problems in anorectal diseases combines the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine with modern medical technology, providing patients with comprehensive and personalized treatment plans. With the deepening of research and technological innovation, the application of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing therapy in the treatment of anorectal diseases will become more extensive, promising to bring patients a better recovery experience. This article summarizes and reviews the therapeutic effects of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing therapy in recent years on post-operative complications through single medication and combined methods.
