特殊教育教师教育科研能力的现状调查——基于我国不同经济发展地区
A Survey on the Current Status of Special Education Teachers’ Educational Research Capabilities—Based on Different Economically Developed Regions in China

摘要: 特殊教育教师的科研能力是促进特殊教育事业进步与繁荣的巨大力量,提升特殊教育教师专业发展能够促进特殊教育高质量发展。为了解国内特殊教育教师的教育科研能力现状及影响因素,本研究采用自编调查问卷,对全国不同经济发展地区的18所特殊教育学校的811名特殊教育教师的教育科研能力进行调查和分析。结果显示,特殊教育教师教育科研能力整体较低,尤其在选题、使用科学方法搜集研究资料和撰写成果方面。此外,较高学历、中层以上的管理者、经济较发达地区的教师的教育科研能力较强。研究结果提示,需要提升特殊教育教师教科研的意识,创设条件鼓励教师开展教科研实践;采用全面培养,重点突出的方式优化培训内容;此外,构建学习共同体和数字平台等方式调整培训方式。
Abstract: Enhancing the educational and scientific research ability of special education teachers can promote the quality of special education in order to understand the status quo and influencing factors of the educational and scientific research ability of special education teachers in China, this study self-compiled a questionnaire to survey and analyze the educational and scientific research capabilities of 811 special education teachers in 18 special education schools across different economic development regions in the country. The results showed that the overall educational research ability of special education teachers was low, particularly in selecting topics, using scientific methods and writing. Additionally, chiefs of departments, teachers with higher academic qualifications, and teachers in more economically developed areas exhibited stronger educational and scientific research capabilities. The results suggest that it is necessary to enhance the awareness of special education teachers regarding teaching and research, and to create conditions that encourage teachers to engage in teaching and research practice. Comprehensive training should be adopted to optimize the training content in a focused manner; furthermore, training forms should be adjusted through the establishment of learning communities and digital platforms.
