网红经济背景下的直播带货存在的问题及应对策略
Problems and Coping Strategies of Live Commerce in the Context of Internet Celebrity Economy
摘要: 随着各种社交平台的迅猛发展,网红经济作为互联网时代的新型产物,已经成为市场经济的重要组成部分。直播带货是网红经济中最重要的一部分,通过精准定位客户、强化粉丝互动等方式吸引大量用户成为粉丝,实现了商业价值转化。作为网红经济的重要表现形式,直播带货为人们提供了新的消费体验,但同时它在发展的过程中也面临着诸如商品质量参差不齐、售后困难、直播内容同质化、市场竞争激烈等问题,只有在政府、平台、主播、消费者等多方的协同联动下,才能推动直播带货行业持续健康运行,助力市场经济高质量发展。
Abstract: With the rapid development of various social platforms, Internet celebrity economy, as a new product of the Internet era, has become an important part of the market economy. Live commerce is the most important part of web celebrity economy. By accurately positioning customers and strengthening the interaction of fans, it attracts a large number of users to become fans, realizing the transformation of commercial value. As an important manifestation of the Internet celebrity economy, live streaming provides people with a new consumer experience, but at the same time, it is also facing problems such as uneven product quality, after-sales difficulties, homogenization of live broadcast content, and fierce market competition in the process of development. Only with the coordination and linkage of the government, platforms, anchors, consumers and other parties can we promote the sustainable and healthy operation of the live streaming industry and help the high-quality development of the market economy.
