Difficulties and Strategies for the Collaborative Promotion of E-Commerce and Social Work in the Context of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 本文探讨了电子商务与社会工作在乡村振兴中的协同作用及其面临的困境与实践策略。在乡村振兴战略背景下，电子商务与社会工作的协同作用成为推动乡村经济社会全面发展的重要动力。两者的协同作用促进了乡村经济的多元化发展、提升了社会治理水平，并增强了居民幸福感。然而，这一过程中也面临着基础设施建设滞后、人才短缺与技能不足、资源与资金限制以及市场与产业融合的挑战。为提升其协同作用以更好地助力乡村振兴，文章提出了强化基础设施建设、加强人才培养与引进、整合资源、构建协同共享平台以及促进市场与产业融合等策略。

Abstract: This article delves into the synergistic effects of e-commerce and social work in rural revitalization, as well as the challenges faced and practical strategies employed. Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy, the synergy between e-commerce and social work has emerged as a significant driver for comprehensive economic and social development in rural areas. This synergy has facilitated diversified economic development in rural regions, enhanced the level of social governance, and bolstered residents’ sense of well-being. However, the process is confronted with challenges such as lagging infrastructure development, talent shortage and skill deficiencies, resource and funding constraints, as well as market and industrial integration issues. To enhance their synergistic effects and better support rural revitalization, the article proposes strategies including strengthening infrastructure development, intensifying talent cultivation and recruitment, integrating resources and establishing collaborative and sharing platforms, and fostering market and industrial integration.
