摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化的加剧，低龄老年人成为了潜在的劳动力资源，而电商行业近年来依然保持着快速的发展趋势，同时电子商务也越来越多地同其他产业产生融合。足见未来电商行业依旧存在巨大的发展潜力。对低龄老年人来说，电商行业的发展也为他们提供了新的就业选择。所以本文对我国目前的老龄化特征和低龄老年人就业的现状展开分析，根据电商行业的发展趋势，为低龄老年人从事电商行业提供可行性分析和策略。

Abstract: With the intensification of population aging in China, the low-age elderly have become a potential labor resource. The e-commerce industry has maintained a rapid development trend in recent years and has increasingly integrated with other industries. This indicates that the e-commerce industry still has significant development potential in the future. For the low-age elderly, the development of the e-commerce industry also provides new employment options. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current characteristics of China’s aging population and the current situation of employment among the low-age elderly, and provides feasibility analysis and strategies for the low-age elderly to engage in the e-commerce industry based on the development trends of the e-commerce industry.
