Research on the Marketing Strategy of Sisyphus Bookstore under the 4P Theory
摘要: 本文以4P理论为框架,对西西弗书店的营销策略进行了深入分析。研究首先概述了4P理论的基本内容,包括产品、价格、渠道和促销四个方面。随后,详细剖析了西西弗书店在这四个维度上的具体实践,指出其在产品定位、价格策略、渠道布局和促销活动中的优势与不足。研究发现,西西弗书店在产品策略上注重品质和阅读体验,但在创新性方面有待加强;价格策略上,其市场竞争力定价获得了消费者认可,但价格调整机制需进一步优化;渠道策略上,线上线下融合初见成效,但线下门店布局和线上服务体验仍有改进空间;促销策略上,文化活动提升了品牌形象,但促销手段的多样性不足。针对这些问题,本文提出了针对性的优化建议,包括加强产品创新、完善价格体系、优化渠道布局和丰富促销手段。研究旨在为西西弗书店的营销策略提供理论支持和实践指导,同时为其他书店企业的营销活动提供参考。
Abstract: This article uses the 4P theory as a framework to conduct an in-depth analysis of the marketing strategy of Sisyphus Bookstore. The study first outlined the basic content of the 4P theory, including four aspects: product, price, channel, and promotion. Subsequently, a detailed analysis was conducted on the specific practices of Sisyphus Bookstore in these four dimensions, pointing out its advantages and disadvantages in product positioning, pricing strategy, channel layout, and promotional activities. Research has found that Sisyphus Bookstore focuses on quality and reading experience in its product strategy, but needs to strengthen innovation; In terms of pricing strategy, its market competitiveness pricing has gained consumer recognition, but the price adjustment mechanism needs further optimization; In terms of channel strategy, the integration of online and offline has achieved initial results, but there is still room for improvement in offline store layout and online service experience; In terms of promotional strategies, cultural activities have enhanced brand image, but the diversity of promotional methods is insufficient. In response to these issues, this article proposes targeted optimization suggestions, including strengthening product innovation, improving the pricing system, optimizing channel layout, and enriching promotional methods. The research aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the marketing strategy of Sisyphus Bookstore, while also providing reference for the marketing activities of other bookstore enterprises.
