摘要: 成人先天性气管食管瘘是一种非常罕见的食管闭锁亚型。本病例报道了1例采用胸骨正中入路成功治疗的成人先天性气管食管瘘,总结了具体的手术步骤并复习了相关文献,系统回顾了该病的临床表现、诊断以及治疗方案,为成人先天性气管食管瘘的诊疗提供参考。
Abstract: Congenital tracheoesophageal fistula in adults is a very rare subtype of esophageal atresia. This case reported a case of an adult congenital tracheoesophageal fistula successfully treated by the median sternal approach. The specific surgical steps were summarized and relevant literature was reviewed, and the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment plan of the disease were systematically reviewed, so as to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of congenital tracheoesophageal fistula in adults.
