摘要: 2型糖尿病是一种长期慢性疾病,综合干预并积极控制血糖、血脂、血压等糖尿病的危险因素,可以明显提高防治水平、有效改善患者预后,对延缓患者寿命具有重要意义。控制危险因素的糖尿病随访管理教育,致力于临床、社会心理、行为及人文关怀等,对糖尿病患者的生活质量、心理健康和经济方面都有明确的益处,但现状并不乐观。
Abstract: Type 2 diabetes is a long-term chronic disease. Comprehensive intervention and active control of risk factors for diabetes such as blood glucose, blood lipids, and blood pressure can significantly improve the level of prevention and treatment, effectively improve patient prognosis, and is of great significance in delaying patient lifespan. Diabetes follow-up management education that focuses on controlling risk factors is committed to clinical care, social psychology, behavior, and humanistic concern, and has clear benefits for the quality of life, mental health, and economic aspects of diabetic patients. However, the current situation is not optimistic.
