摘要: 腰椎峡部裂是导致腰痛及腰椎滑脱的重要因素,其分型对于深入了解疾病、制定精准治疗方案及判断预后具有关键意义。本文综合阐述了腰椎峡部裂基于病因学、影像学等多种分型方法的研究进展,旨在为腰椎峡部裂诊治提供思路。
Abstract: Lumbar isthmus is an important factor leading to low back pain and lumbar spondylolisthesis. Its classification is crucial for in-depth understanding of the disease, formulating precise treatment plans and judging prognosis. This article comprehensively reviews the research progress of lumbar spondylolysis based on various classification methods such as etiology and imaging, aiming to provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar spondylolysis.
