摘要: 静脉内平滑肌瘤(intravenous leiomyomatosis, IVL)是一种少见的良性平滑肌瘤，可沿盆腔静脉、卵巢静脉延伸至下腔静脉、心脏，甚至肺动脉，其临床症状及影像学特征不典型，极易误诊或漏诊。本文报道2例盆腔静脉内平滑肌瘤，并复习相关文献及分析总结疾病特点。
Abstract: Pelvic intravenous leiomyoma (intravenous leiomyomatosis, IVL) is a rare benign leiomyoma that can extend along the pelvic and ovarian veins to the inferior vena cava, heart, and even pulmonary artery. Its clinical symptoms and imaging features are atypical, making it prone to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. This article reports 2 cases of pelvic venous leiomyoma and reviews relevant literature to analyze and summarize the characteristics of the disease.
