清酸饮治疗高尿酸血症临床观察60例

摘要: 目的:评价清酸饮联合生活方式干预治疗高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法:临床入组60例高尿酸血症患者,采用控制饮食加“清酸饮”(黄芪5 g、车前子5 g、萆薢5 g、玄参5 g、葛根5 g)开水冲泡,2次/日,嘱患者分多次饮完,疗程为8周治疗,比较治疗前后患者的SUA (血尿酸)、SCR (血肌酐)、BUN (尿素氮)、ALT (丙氨酸转氨酶)、AST (天冬氨酸转移酶)、BS (血糖)指标变化。结果:治疗后SUA显著降低(P < 0,01),SCR、BUN、ALT、AST、BS无明显变化(P > 0.05)。结论:清酸饮能够明显降低高尿酸血症的血尿酸水平,且无毒副作用。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qing-suan-yin combined with lifestyle intervention in the treatment of hyperuricemia. Methods: 60 patients with hyperuricemia were injected with a controlled diet and “Qing-suan-yin” (5 g of Huangqi, 5 g of cheqianzi, 5 g of bixie, 5 g of xuanshen, 5 g of gegen) with boiling water, twice a day, and were instructed to drink it several times for 8 weeks. The changes in patients’ SUA (serum uric acid), SCR (serum creatinine), BUN (blood urea nitrogen), ALT (alanine aminotransferase), AST (aspartate aminotransferase), and BS (blood glucose) levels before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, SUA (serum uric acid) significantly decreased (P < 0.01), while no significant changes were observed in SCR (serum creatinine), BUN (blood urea nitrogen), ALT (alanine aminotransferase), AST (aspartate aminotransferase), and BS (blood glucose) (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Qing-suan-yin can obviously reduce the blood uric acid level of hyperuricemia without any side effects.
