图片模糊环境下基于工业互联网平台的供应商选择决策
Supplier Selection Decision Based on Industrial Internet Platform in Picture Fuzzy Environment
摘要: 针对工业互联网平台在企业供应商选择具有广泛应用前景的情形,本文提出一种基于图片模糊环境的多属性群决策方法。首先,根据工业互联网平台对供应商收集到的多维度信息,企业的决策者形成针对不同属性对备选供应商的初始评价,结合群体一致性和得分最大化原则,构建确定决策者权重的优化模型;其次,基于对备选供应商关于属性集的相关系数矩阵,计算其特征值,确定属性权重,从而得到对备选供应商的综合评价信息;然后依据TODIM的思想,计算得到各供应商的优势度;根据优势度的大小对备选供应商进行排序,选择最佳供应商。最后,用一个新能源产品生产企业选择供应商的算例,验证本方法的可行性和有效性。研究结果表明,结合工业互联网平台的数据,本文提出的方法为企业供应商选择提供了准确可靠的决策依据。
Abstract: In view of the wide application prospect of industrial Internet platform in enterprise supplier selection, this paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision method based on picture fuzzy environment. Firstly, according to the multi-dimensional information collected by the industrial Internet platform for suppliers, decision makers of enterprises form initial evaluation of alternative suppliers under different attributes, and an optimization model to determine the weight of decision makers based on the principle of group consistency and score maximization is constructed. Secondly, based on the correlation coefficient matrix of the candidate supplier about the attribute set, the eigenvalue is calculated and the attribute weight is determined, so as to obtain the comprehensive evaluation information of the candidate supplier. Then, according to the idea of TODIM, dominances of each supplier are calculated. According to the size of dominances, the alternative suppliers are sorted and the best supplier is selected. Finally, an example of selecting suppliers for a new energy product manufacturer is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. The research results show that the method proposed in this paper provides an accurate and reliable decision basis for enterprise supplier selection based on the data of industrial Internet platform.
