Clinical Trial of Tuina Therapy for Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

摘要: 赵志勇教授临床中运用推拿治疗脊柱及脊柱相关疾病有独特的优势。在治疗椎动脉型颈椎病时常结合独创特色手法卧位拔伸顶推法，每每应用都效如桴鼓。根据椎动脉型颈椎病的病因病机及临床发病特征，通过运用推拿手法，辨证施治，疗效显著。附临床经验二则，以资参考。

Abstract: Professor Zhao Zhiyong has a unique advantage in using Tuina to treat spine and spine-related diseases in clinical practice. When treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, he often combines his original unique technique of supine traction and the push-pull method, which is effective every time. According to the etiology, pathogenesis, and clinical characteristics of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, he uses Tuina to differentiate and treat, with significant therapeutic effects. Two clinical experiences are attached for reference.
