翻译能力与培养刍议
A Preliminary Discussion on Translation Competence and Its Cultivation

摘要: 翻译是跨语言交流的核心工具，也是促进社会进步和文化交流的重要途径。随着全球化和技术化的发展，翻译呈现出专业化、职业化、项目化等特征，对翻译从业者提出了更高要求。本文从翻译能力的研究现状出发，分析PACTE模型对翻译能力的多维度构成及其实践意义，并进一步探讨如何提升翻译能力培养的有效性。通过梳理理论框架，本文提出了培养翻译能力的系统化策略，包括注重语言与文化的融合、提升技术运用能力以及加强职业素养的培养。研究表明，综合理论指导与实践应用的能力培养模式，有助于译者更好地适应多样化的翻译需求。
Abstract: Translation serves as a fundamental tool for cross-linguistic communication and plays a crucial role in fostering social progress and cultural exchange. With the advent of globalization and technological advancements, translation has increasingly become characterized by specialization, professionalization, and projectization, which impose higher demands on translators. This paper begins with an overview of the current research on translation competence, analyzing the multidimensional composition and practical significance of the PACTE model in relation to translation competence. It further explores how to enhance the effectiveness of translation competence training. By reviewing theoretical frameworks, this study proposes systematic strategies for cultivating translation competence, including emphasizing the integration of language and culture, improving technical application skills, and strengthening professional ethics. The research demonstrates that a competence cultivation model combining theoretical guidance with practical application can better equip translators to adapt to diverse translation demands.
