维生素D与儿童支气管哮喘

摘要: 支气管哮喘是一种好发于儿童的常见慢性呼吸道疾病,其患病率和致死率近年呈上升趋势,该病严重影响患儿的身心健康及其家庭生活质量。研究显示,哮喘发生或与维生素D水平不足或缺乏有关。1,25(OH)2D3是人体内维生素D的重要活性代谢产物,该产物除可调控钙磷平衡和骨代谢外,还在支气管哮喘的发病过程中发挥一定作用。现有研究提示我们,对哮喘患儿进行治疗时,补充维生素D,有望成为治疗哮喘的重要辅助方法之一。本文对以哮喘患儿为研究对象,以血清维生素D在支气管哮喘发病机制中的作用为主题的国内外文献进行综述分析,总结已取得的研究成果,分析现有的研究结论,为儿童支气管哮喘发病机制的研究和分析提供借鉴和参考,并为临床辅助治疗提供新思路。
Abstract: Bronchial asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease that frequently occurs in children, with its incidence and mortality rates showing an increasing trend in recent years. This disease severely affects the physical and mental health of affected children and the quality of life of their families. Studies have shown that the occurrence of asthma may be related to insufficient or deficient levels of vitamin D. 1,25(OH)2D3 is an important active metabolite of vitamin D in the human body, which, in addition to regulating calcium and phosphorus balance and bone metabolism, also plays a certain role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. Current research suggests that supplementing vitamin D in the treatment of asthmatic children may become one of the important auxiliary methods for treating asthma. This article reviews and analyzes domestic and international literature with asthmatic children as the research subjects and the role of serum vitamin D in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma as the theme. It summarizes the research achievements, analyzes the existing research conclusions, and provides references and insights for the study and analysis of the pathogenesis of childhood bronchial asthma, as well as offering new ideas for clinical adjunctive treatment.
