摘要: 上尿路结石相关自发性肾破裂是泌尿外科少见的危急重症，临床表现缺乏特异性，且目前无明确的诊疗规范，临床医生常因为病因判断错误而影响后续治疗。故本文围绕该病的发病机制、临床特征和诊疗现状做一综述，以期为该病的诊疗和研究提供参考。
Abstract: Spontaneous renal rupture linked to upper urinary tract calculi is a rare but critical emergency in the field of urology. The non-specific nature of its clinical manifestations, coupled with the lack of standardized diagnostic and treatment guidelines, frequently leads to misdiagnosis and suboptimal treatment outcomes. This detailed review delves into the pathophysiology, clinical features, and existing diagnostic and treatment strategies for this condition, aiming to enhance clinical practice and inform future research directions.
