摘要: 本文记述了在山西历山国家级自然保护区云蒙核心区采集的一种吸血性的陆生蛭类,基于形态学特征的比较观察和mtDNA COI基因的系统发育分析,将其鉴定为山蛭科(Haemadipsidae)山蛭属(Haemadipsa)的天目山蛭(Haemadipsa tianmushana),系山西省环节动物门蛭纲的新纪录,也是迄今已知的天目山蛭分布的最北缘。
Abstract: This paper describes a species of bloodsucking terrestrial leeches collected Yunmeng Core Area of Lishan National Nature Reserve, Shanxi Province, China. Based on the comparative observation of morphological features and phylogenetic analysis of mtDNA COI gene, it was identified as Haemadipsa tianmushana of the genus Haemadipsa in Haemadipsidae. It is a new record of the Class Hirudinea, Phylum Annelida for Shanxi Province as well as the northernmost distribution of Haemadipsa tianmushana to this day.
