国内外教师职业认同研究综述
A Review of Research on Teachers’ Professional Identity at Home and Abroad
摘要: 随着教育在社会发展中地位的日益凸显,教师职业认同成为教育领域的重要研究话题。本文聚焦国内外教师职业认同研究动态,总结和论述了教师职业认同的相关概念、研究方法,从构成要素、影响因素、提升策略等方面对教师职业认同的研究现状进行了分析,以期推动教师职业认同理论与实践研究向纵深发展,助力教育质量的稳步提升与教师队伍的专业成长。
Abstract: With the increasing prominence of education in social development, teacher professional identity has become an important research topic in the field of education. This paper focuses on the research dynamics of teachers’ professional identity at home and abroad, summarises and discusses the relevant concepts and research methods of teachers’ professional identity, and analyses the current research status of teachers’ professional identity in terms of its constituent elements, influencing factors, and enhancement strategies, with a view to promoting the deep development of the theoretical and practical research on teachers’ professional identity and contributing to the steady improvement of the quality of education and the professional growth of the teaching force.
