数字人民币推出对重庆建立西部金融中心的冲击、机遇与对策

The Impact, Opportunities, and Strategies of the Introduction of Digital RMB on the Establishment of a Western Financial Center in Chongqing

摘要: 近几年来，自比特币的出现引起了世界各国对于数字货币的注意后，各国都开展对数字货币的研究。自从22年4月重庆入选数字人民币的试点工作以来，数字人民币的推行势必会对重庆的经济金融产生不小的影响。对于重庆来说这是一个好的发展机会，把握好这个机遇对于重庆顺利建成西部金融中心具有推动作用，因此重庆要抓住数字人民币推行这个机遇并结合自身优势推动建成西部金融中心，在参与试点的过程中对相关技术和标准进行融合设计，引导相关银行调整业务模式，完善区域性交易市场的建设。在推行数字人民币的过程中注意普惠金融的发展，完善数字人民币的设计和服务，争取做到人群全覆盖。利用金融科技和金融人才在数字人民币领域的作用，完善并扩展数字人民币的应用场景，在主城区进行先行先试，在成渝共建西部金融中心的政策下加强合作，助力重庆建成西部金融中心。

Abstract: Since the selection of Chongqing for the digital RMB pilot in April 2022, the promotion of digital currency has presented a significant opportunity to boost the city’s economy and finance. To capitalize on this, Chongqing should leverage its advantages to advance the construction of the western financial center. This includes integrating relevant technologies and standards, guiding banks to adjust business models, and improving regional trading markets. Focus should also be placed on inclusive finance, ensuring widespread adoption of digital RMB, and utilizing financial technology and talent. Expanding application scenarios through pilot projects and enhancing cooperation with Chengdu under the western financial center policy will further support Chongqing’s development.
