乡村小学教师家庭教育指导的价值、困境与突破
The Value, Dilemma and Breakthrough of Family Education Guidance for Rural Primary School Teachers
摘要: 乡村教育作为国家教育体系的重要组成部分,对于促进社会公平、提升国民素质具有不可替代的作用。家庭教育指导作为连接学校与家庭、促进学生全面发展的桥梁,其价值日益凸显。然而,我国乡村小学教师家庭教育指导面临着教师家庭教育指导能力不足、家庭教育指导对象特殊和家庭教育指导途径单一等多重挑战。基于以上困境,本文提出强化乡村小学教师家庭教育指导能力培训、构建乡村小学家庭教育指导综合服务体系以及拓宽沟通渠道,共筑和谐家校合作桥梁等策略,以期有效突破当前困境,促进乡村小学家庭教育指导的可持续发展,进而助力乡村儿童的全面成长。
Abstract: As an important part of the national education system, rural education plays an irreplaceable role in promoting social equity and upgrading national quality. As a bridge connecting schools and families and promoting the comprehensive development of students, the value of family education guidance has become increasingly prominent. However, China’s rural primary school teachers’ family education guidance is faced with multiple challenges, such as insufficient teachers’ ability to provide family education guidance, special family education guidance targets, and a single way to provide family education guidance. Based on the above dilemmas, this paper proposes the strategies of strengthening the training of rural primary school teachers’ family education guidance ability, constructing a comprehensive service system of family education guidance in rural primary schools, and broadening the communication channels to build a harmonious bridge between family and school, in order to effectively break through the current dilemmas, achieve sustainable development of family education guidance in rural primary schools, thereby promoting the all-round growth of rural children.
