摘要: 小儿变应性鼻炎发作率日益增高，对儿童的身心发育均有不同程度的影响，目前西医治疗方案包括鼻用药物、口服药物、免疫治疗、手术治疗等，但是都存在一定的局限性及副作用，药物治疗可能引发耐药性和副作用，免疫治疗周期长且费用高昂，手术治疗则存在风险。寻找更为有效的治疗方案非常重要。中医对于小儿变应性鼻炎的治疗多从肺脾肾考虑，儿童生理特性特殊，临床所见及相关文献所知，根据五行、肝经循行、以及肝的生理功能考虑，儿童变应性鼻炎与肝亦存在联系。

Abstract: The attack rate of allergic rhinitis in children is increasing, which has varying degrees of impact on the physical and mental development of children. At present, Western medicine treatment includes nasal drugs, oral drugs, immunotherapy, surgical treatment, etc., but there are certain limitations and side effects. Drug treatment may lead to drug resistance and side effects, immunotherapy has a long cycle and high cost, and surgical treatment has risks. Finding more effective treatment options is important. The treatment of children with allergic rhinitis in Chinese medicine is mainly considered from the lung, spleen and kidney. Children have special physiological characteristics. According to the clinical findings and relevant literature, children with allergic rhinitis are also related to the liver according to the five elements, liver meridian circulation and physiological function of the liver.
