“双高计划”背景下高职院校体育专业教师教学发展困境与应对策略研究
Research on the Teaching Development Dilemma and Coping Strategies of Physical Education Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of “Double High Plan”
摘要: 本文探讨了在“双高计划”背景下高职院校体育专业教师面临的教学发展困境及应对策略。分析了体育教师在资源配备、职业发展、教学内容更新与产业需求对接方面的挑战。提出了增强资源配置、提供职业发展支持、加强产业合作以及持续教育培训等策略,旨在提升教师教学质量、增强职业满意度并促进教育现代化。这些措施不仅能够优化教学环境,提升教育质量,还有助于学生技能的全面发展,提高其就业竞争力,同时也响应了国家对高质量职业教育的发展需求。
Abstract: This paper explores the teaching development dilemmas faced by physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of the “Double High Plan” and the corresponding strategies. It analyzes the challenges faced by physical education teachers in terms of resource allocation, career development, updating teaching content, and aligning with industry needs. Strategies such as enhancing resource allocation, providing career development support, strengthening industry cooperation, and continuous education and training are proposed. The aim is to improve the quality of teaching, enhance job satisfaction, and promote the modernization of education. These measures not only optimize the teaching environment and enhance the quality of education but also contribute to the comprehensive development of students’ skills, increase their employability, and respond to the national demand for high-quality vocational education development.
