劳动教育游戏化——幼儿劳动教育的实施策略探索
Gamification of Labor Education—Exploration of Implementation Strategies for Infant Labor Education
摘要: 幼儿劳动与幼儿游戏之间存在着紧密的关联性,游戏是幼儿的基本活动,同时也是幼儿园推行劳动教育的重要途径之一。幼儿劳动与幼儿游戏在趣味性、自由性以及社会性方面的共通性,为劳动教育游戏化的实践提供了切实的可行性。劳动教育游戏化有利于促进幼儿运动能力、认知能力和情感能力的发展。为充分发挥游戏在幼儿劳动教育中的促进作用,幼儿园应该构建游戏化的劳动情境、丰富游戏化的劳动内容以及实施游戏化的劳动评价,以期推动幼儿劳动教育的进步与发展。
Abstract: There is a close correlation between children’s labor and children’s games. Games are the basic activities of children and also an important way for kindergartens to implement labor education. The commonality between infant labor and infant games in terms of fun, freedom, and sociality provides practical feasibility for the gamification of labor education. Gamification of labor education is beneficial for promoting the development of children’s motor, cognitive, and emotional abilities. To fully leverage the promoting role of games in infant labor education, kindergartens should construct gamified labor scenarios, enrich gamified labor content, and implement gamified labor evaluations, in order to comprehensively promote the progress and development of infant labor education.
