摘要: 法医学是研究并解决与法律有关的人身损害、死亡、身份鉴识等问题，为刑事侦查提供线索，为审判提供科学证据的医学学科。随着全面依法治国的推进和“以庭审为中心”司法体制改革的深化，对高层次法医专业人才的培养提出更高要求，因此探讨“教研鉴”三位一体法医学高层次复合型人才培养模式，可推动法医学研究生培养的质量和水平，为国家培养“德法兼修、一专多能”的高素质复合型法医人才。

Abstract: Forensic science is a medical discipline that studies and solves problems related to law such as personal injury, death and identity identification, providing clues for criminal investigation and scientific evidence for trial. The promotion of the overall rule of law and the deepening of the judicial system reform of “trial as the center” put forward higher requirements for the training of high-level forensic professionals. Therefore, exploring the training mode of “teaching, research and examination” as a trinity of high-level compound talents in forensic science can promote the quality and level of training of forensic science graduate students. For the country to train “German and legal training, professional multi-ability” high-quality compound forensic personnel.
