摘要: 随着人工智能(AI)技术的蓬勃发展,设计行业正经历深刻的变革,这对设计专业学生的就业心理及职业发展带来了前所未有的挑战。本研究基于职业发展的视角深入探讨了AI时代设计专业学生的就业心理困境,研究发现学生主要存在自我价值困惑和认知冲突、专业技能焦虑和学习压力、职业规划缺失和定位迷茫等心理困境。为有效突破这一困境,本研究提出四条路径:培育学生AI素养,铸就未来智慧之基;强化职业规划指导,筑牢生涯发展基石;建立心理支持体系,稳固心理安全屏障;深化校企合作项目,拓宽产教融合路径。这些突破路径的实施,旨在帮助设计类专业学生有效提升心理健康水平,更好地适应AI时代的就业环境,实现个人职业发展的突破。
Abstract: With the vigorous development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the design industry is undergoing profound changes, which has brought unprecedented challenges to the employment psychology and career development of design students. Based on the perspective of career development, this study deeply discusses the psychological dilemma of design majors in the era of AI, and finds that students mainly have psychological dilemmas such as self-worth confusion and cognitive conflict, professional skill anxiety and learning pressure, lack of career planning and confused orientation. In order to effectively break through this dilemma, this study proposes four paths: cultivating students’ AI literacy and building the foundation of future wisdom; strengthening career planning guidance and building a solid foundation for career development; establishing a psychological support system to stabilise psychological safety barriers; deepening school-enterprise cooperation projects and broadening the path of integration of industry and education. The implementation of these paths aims to help design students effectively improve their mental health, better adapt to the employment environment in the AI era, and achieve breakthroughs in their career development.
