Abstract: The unique and rich ice and snow culture in Heilongjiang Province has become increasingly important in cross-cultural communication. This article focuses on the Japanese translation strategies of ice and snow culture in Heilongjiang Province, analyzes the difficulties in translating ice and snow culture, and proposes practical translation strategies based on translation theory and practical cases, aiming to improve the quality of Japanese translation of ice and snow culture and promote cultural dissemination and exchange. Through in-depth research, provide reference and guidance for the external translation of regional characteristic cultures.
