A Study on Medical E-C Translation under the Guidance of Nord’s Text Analysis Model

摘要: 本文聚焦于诺德文本分析模式指导下的医学英语汉译研究。医学英语因其专业性和复杂性，翻译极具挑战性。通过案例分析，本研究剖析诺德文本分析模式在医学英语汉译实践中的应用。研究发现，诺德文本分析模式从文本功能、文本外因素等多维度出发，能有效帮助译者精准理解原文，合理选择翻译策略，提高医学英语汉译的准确性与专业性。本研究为医学英语汉译提供了新的理论视角与实践指导。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the study of medical translation under the guidance of Nord’s text analysis model. Medical English is difficult to translate because of its specialty and complexity. This paper analyzes the application of the model in medical English by case study. It is found that the model can effectively help translators accurately understand the original text, reasonably choose translation strategies, and improve the accuracy and professionalism of medical translation from multiple perspectives, such as text function, intratextual and extratextual factors. This study provides a new theoretical perspective for medical E-C translation, which is helpful in promoting the international dissemination and exchange of medical research.
