胃电图在儿童消化系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要: 胃电图(Electrogastrogram, EGG)是一种非侵入性的胃电生理检测手段,主要用于间接评估胃肠道的动力状态,消化系统疾病多存在胃电生理异常,但其与EGG测量之间的临床相关性仍不明确,尚需要更多的研究证据使其结果得到全面量化。本文笔者旨在总结近年来EGG在儿童消化疾病相关领域的研究进展。
Abstract: Electrogastrogram (EGG) is a non-invasive electrophysiological test of the stomach, mainly used to indirectly assess the dynamic status of the gastrointestinal tract. Gastric electrophysiological abnormalities are common in digestive system diseases. However, the clinical correlation between EGG and EGG measurement is still unclear, and more research evidence is needed to fully quantify the results. In this paper, the authors aim to summarize the research progress of electrogastrography in the field of digestive system diseases in children in recent years.
