数字经济时代社交电商面临的挑战和应对策略

摘要: 在数字经济蓬勃发展的当下,社交电商作为新兴电子商务模式迅速崭露头角,成为学界与业界关注的焦点。通过明确社交电商的定义、特点以及兴起的背景,探究社交电商发展的现状。目前,社交电商市场规模不断拓展,用户数量持续增长,还衍生出内容类、分享类、零售类等多元创新模式,对电子商务的发展注入了新的动力。不过,社交电商发展过程中也面临着部分平台对新技术应用方向判断失误、用户隐私安全难保障、信任机制存在漏洞以及商品质量把控困难等挑战。社交电商在数字经济中占据重要地位,深度挖掘其数据价值,有助于推动产业链协同创新,对数字经济发展起到关键推动作用。
Abstract: In the booming digital economy, social e-commerce as an emerging e-commerce model has rapidly emerged as the focus of attention in both academia and the industry. The current situation of social e-commerce development is explored by clarifying the definition, characteristics, and background of the rise of social e-commerce. At present, the market scale of social e-commerce continues to expand, the number of users continues to grow, and multiple innovative modes such as content, sharing, and retailing have been derived, which have injected a new impetus into the development of e-commerce. However, the development of social e-commerce also faces challenges such as misjudgment of the direction of the application of new technologies by some platforms, difficulty in safeguarding the privacy and security of users, loopholes in the trust mechanism, and difficulties in controlling the quality of goods. Social e-commerce occupies an important position in the digital economy, and the deep excavation of its data value can help promote industry chain collaborative innovation and play a key role in promoting the development of the digital economy.
