互联网经济下在线评论的研究现状与演化趋势——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析
Research Status and Evolution Trend of Online Reviews under the Background of Internet Economy—Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace
摘要: 随着电子商务的蓬勃发展和互联网经济的兴起,在线评论已成为影响消费者购买决策和企业市场策略的关键因素。本研究运用CiteSpace软件对在线评论领域的文献进行了计量分析,旨在揭示该领域的研究现状与发展趋势。通过系统分析2000至2024年间的CSSCI来源文献,本研究识别了在线评论研究的发文趋势、核心作者、研究机构和研究热点。研究发现,在线评论研究呈现逐年增长趋势,尤其在2011至2017年间发文量显著上升。核心作者和研究机构的合作网络显示,尽管存在一定程度的合作,但整体合作程度仍有待加强。研究热点集中在情感分析、文本挖掘和网络口碑等方面,而新兴技术如深度学习和社交媒体的兴起为该领域带来了新的研究方向。未来研究需关注消费者行为、品牌信任及市场走向的影响机制,并加强大数据和人工智能技术的应用。
Abstract: With the vigorous development of e-commerce and the rise of the Internet economy, online reviews have become a key factor affecting consumer purchase decisions and corporate market strategies. This study uses CiteSpace software to conduct a quantitative analysis of the literature in the field of online reviews, aiming to reveal the research status and development trend in this field. By systematically analyzing the CSSCI source literature from 2000 to 2024, this study identifies the publishing trends, core authors, research institutions and research hotspots of online review research. The study found that online review research showed an increasing trend year by year, especially between 2011 and 2017, the number of publications increased significantly. The cooperation network of core authors and research institutions shows that although there is a certain degree of cooperation, the overall degree of cooperation still needs to be strengthened. Research hotspots focus on sentiment analysis, text mining and online word-of-mouth, and the rise of emerging technologies such as deep learning and social media has brought new research directions to this field. Future research should pay attention to the influence mechanism of consumer behavior, brand trust and market trend, and strengthen the application of big data and artificial intelligence technology.
