电子商务企业中组织公正对组织健康的影响研究

摘要: 本研究旨在探讨组织公正对电子商务企业组织健康的影响,以中国电子商务企业为背景,通过问卷调查的方式收集数据,并运用SPSS和AMOS软件进行统计分析开展实证研究。研究发现,组织公正与电子商务企业的组织健康之间存在显著的正相关关系,组织公正对组织健康有显著正向影响。本研究不仅丰富了中国电子商务企业组织公正与组织健康的理论研究,也为提升中国电子商务企业的组织健康提供了实践指导。
Abstract: This study aims to explore the impact of organizational justice on the organizational health of e-commerce enterprises in China. By taking Chinese e-commerce enterprises as the background, data were collected through questionnaire surveys and empirical research was conducted using statistical analysis with SPSS and AMOS software. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between organizational justice and organizational health in e-commerce enterprises, indicating that organizational justice has a significant positive impact on organizational health. This study not only enriches the theoretical research on organizational justice and organizational health in Chinese e-commerce enterprises but also provides practical guidance for improving the organizational health of e-commerce enterprises in China.
