摘要: 残疾人作为我国社会弱势群体的重要组成部分，其就业问题始终是残疾人事业发展的核心要务。在电子商务时代的背景下，残疾人面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。尽管电子商务为残疾人提供了灵活的就业选择，但他们在技能、信息获取及社会接纳等方面仍遇到诸多困难。本文深入分析了电子商务时代残疾人就业的现状与困境，探讨了障碍的根源，并提出了针对性的对策与建议，如加强职业技能培训、提升数字素养、推动社会意识改变等。旨在为残疾人更好地融入电子商务领域提供支持，促进其就业机会的增加，推动残疾人事业的全面发展。

Abstract: The disabled are an important part of the vulnerable groups in our society, and their employment issue has always been the core task of the disabled cause. In the context of the e-commerce era, the disabled face unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Although e-commerce provides flexible employment options for the disabled, they still encounter numerous difficulties related to skills, access to information, and social acceptance. This paper analyzes the current situation and dilemmas of employment for the disabled in the e-commerce era, explores the root causes of these barriers, and proposes targeted strategies and suggestions, such as strengthening vocational skills training, enhancing digital literacy, and promoting social awareness changes. The aim is to provide support for the disabled to better integrate into the e-commerce field, increase their employment opportunities, and promote the comprehensive development of the disabled.
