机电产品设计方案碳足迹核算与决策引导的关联研究
Research on the Correlation between Carbon Footprint Accounting and Decision Guidance of Mechanical and Electrical Product Design Schemes
摘要: 随着全球气候变化和碳排放问题的日益严峻,碳计量和碳足迹管理成为实现碳中和目标的重要手段。本研究探讨了机电产品设计方案中的碳足迹核算与决策引导的关联,重点分析了紫邦智能科技的“Smart ECO智慧能碳管理平台”及其碳足迹追踪技术在行业中的应用。通过工业物联网、大数据、AI和区块链等技术,平台提供精准的碳排放监测与数据共享,帮助企业优化能源使用、降低碳排放、提升生产效率。本文还探讨了碳排放管理面临的挑战与机遇,特别是在全球碳排放监管政策不断趋严的背景下,跨行业与跨区域的数据互操作性成为关键。最后,研究提出了未来碳管理技术的研究方向,包括精度提升、数据处理效率优化及国际标准兼容等问题。该技术的应用为推动全球绿色转型与低碳经济发展提供了重要支持。
Abstract: With the increasing severity of global climate change and carbon emissions, carbon measurement and carbon footprint management have become important means to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality. This study explores the relationship between carbon footprint accounting and decision-making guidance in the design of electromechanical products, and focuses on the application of Zibang Intelligent Technology’s “Smart ECO Carbon Management Platform” and its carbon footprint tracking technology in the industry. Through technologies such as the Industrial Internet of Things, big data, AI and blockchain, the platform provides accurate carbon emission monitoring and data sharing, helping enterprises optimize energy use, reduce carbon emissions, and improve production efficiency. The paper also explores the challenges and opportunities of carbon emission management, especially in the context of increasingly stringent global carbon emission regulations, where cross-industry and cross-regional data interoperability are key. Finally, the research direction of carbon management technology in the future is proposed, including the improvement of accuracy, the optimization of data processing efficiency, and the compatibility with international standards. The application of this technology provides important support for promoting global green transformation and low-carbon economic development.
