行为公共管理研究热点与趋势——基于SSCI和CSSCI数据库的文献计量与知识图谱分析
Research Hotspots and Trends of Behavioral Public Administration—Bibliometrics and Knowledge Map Analysis Based on SSCI and CSSCI Databases
摘要: 行为科学的融入为公共管理领域带来了新的视角，催生了行为公共管理这一新兴子学科的形成。研究采用文献计量学方法，对SSCI (社会科学引文索引)和CSSCI (中文社会科学引文索引)数据库中一共327篇行为公共管理文献进行深入分析。通过构建区域合作网络、合著者网络、被引文献分析和关键词聚类等多维度分析，揭示了行为公共管理研究的知识结构和研究动态。研究的发现对于理解行为公共管理的研究现状和未来方向具有重要的参考价值，有助于推动该领域的学术发展和实践应用。
Abstract: The integration of behavioral science has brought a new perspective to the field of public management, which has spawned the formation of behavioral public management, a new sub-discipline. In this study, a total of 327 behavioral public management documents in SSCI (Social Science Citation Index) and CSSCI (Chinese Social Science Citation Index) databases were deeply analyzed by bibliometrics. By constructing regional cooperation network, co-author network, cited literature analysis and keyword clustering, the knowledge structure and research trends of behavior public administration research are revealed. The findings of this study have important reference value for understanding the research status and future direction of behavioral public management, and are helpful to facilitate interdisciplinary advancement and enhance translational implementation within the discipline.
