关于城市韧性和服务质量水平的研究
Research on Urban Resilience and Service Quality Levels
摘要: 本文以长春市和呼和浩特市两座城市为研究对象,对城市韧性和服务质量水平进行评估。首先,利用皮尔逊相关性分析评估各种因素对住房价格的初始影响,通过SPSS软件进行多元线性回归分析,使用随机森林模型预测两城市未来的住房价格。其次,设定不同领域的服务设施为衡量城市服务水平质量的指标,通过层次分析法求解各指标的重要性权重,采用topsis综合评价法计算出两座城市的服务水平的得分。最后,为评估城市资源提供能力和服务响应能力,分别建立刻画单位两项能力指标可供使用的人数的函数,通过比较函数值大小评估城市能力强弱。
Abstract: This study focuses on the cities of Changchun and Hohhot to assess urban resilience and service quality levels. Initially, Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the initial impact of various factors on housing prices, followed by multivariate linear regression analysis using SPSS software. Additionally, a Random Forest model in MATLAB was employed to predict future housing prices for both cities. Furthermore, service facilities across different sectors were set as indicators to measure the quality of urban services. The weights of these indicators were determined using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method was applied to calculate the service level scores for both cities. Finally, to assess the city’s resource provision capacity and service response capability, functions that describe the number of people that can be served per unit of each capability were established. By comparing the values of these functions, the relative strengths of the cities’ capabilities were evaluated.
