多模式眼底影像诊断急性黄斑区神经视网膜病变
Diagnosis of Acute Macular Neuroretinopathy by Multimodal Fundus Imaging
摘要: 急性黄斑区神经视网膜病变(AMN)是罕见的黄斑区视网膜神经上皮损伤的疾病,相关病例报道较少,本文结合超广角眼底照相、扫频光学相干断层扫描血管成像及自适应光学扫描激光检眼镜(AO-SLO)多模式眼底影像报道AMN病例,观察到AMN病灶中光感受器细胞的损伤特点,本文是国内首次报道AMN在AO-SLO中的表现并结合文献复习,旨在提高眼科医生对此疾病的了解。
Abstract: Acute macular neuroretinopathy (AMN) is a rare disease characterized by the neuroepithelium lesion of macula. There have been few case reports related to it. This article reports a case of AMN based on multimodal fundus imaging including ultra-wide field scan laser ophthalmoscope, swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography, and adaptive optics scanning laser ophthalmoscope (AO-SLO). AO-SLO could observe the damage characteristics of photoreceptor cells in AMN lesions in vivo at the cellular level. This is the first domestic report on the manifestation of AMN assessed using AO-SLO, combined with a literature review, aiming to enhance ophthalmologists’ understanding of this rare disease.
