初中学生英语学习动机与自我效能感的关系研究
A Research on the Correlation between English Learning Motivation and Self-Efficacy of Junior High School Students
摘要: 本研究旨在探讨初中学生在英语学习中自我效能感与学习动机之间的关系。通过对文德初级中学135名中学生进行问卷调查和数据分析,研究发现初中学生在英语学习过程中,自我效能感和学习动机之间存在明显的正向相互促进作用。具体而言,自我效能感较高的学生在英语学习上表现出更强的学习动机,反之亦然。此外,研究还发现女生在自我效能感和学习动机上均优于男生。这些结论为初中英语教学提供了理论基础和实践启示,有助于教师更有效地激发学生的英语学习积极性,增强学生的自我效能感,从而提升学生的英语学习效果。
Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the correlation between self-efficacy and learning motivation in the context of English learning among junior high school students. By conducting a questionnaire survey and data analysis of 135 students from Wende Junior High School, the research uncovers a notable positive link between self-efficacy and learning motivation in the realm of English learning for junior high school students. Specifically, students with higher self-efficacy tend to exhibit stronger learning motivation, and those with stronger learning motivation generally have higher self-efficacy. The study also found that girls have significantly higher levels of self-efficacy and learning motivation than boys. These findings provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for junior high school English teaching, helping teachers to more effectively stimulate students’ enthusiasm for English learning, enhance their self-efficacy, and thereby improve their English learning outcomes.
