摘要: 为了帮助年轻学者提高英文科技论文写作质量与发表速度，尽快与国际同行进行交流，本文根据英文论文结构阐述了各部分的写作要点，梳理了写作中语法、语句等常见问题，并提出了一些处理方法。在投稿发表环节，介绍了投稿信撰写、目标期刊选择、审稿人推荐和审稿意见回复等处理要点。掌握写作要点，规避常见问题，正确面对投稿和发表过程，有助于英文论文的快速和顺利发表，实现研究成果的国际传播。

Abstract: To assist young scholars in enhancing the writing quality and publication speed of English research papers and enabling them to communicate with international counterparts as soon as possible, this paper elaborates on the writing essentials of each part based on the structure of English papers. It also sorts out common issues such as grammar and sentence problems in writing and puts forward some solutions. In the submission and publication stage, it introduces the key points in handling tasks like writing the submission letter, choosing the target journal, recommending reviewers, and responding to review comments. Mastering the writing essentials, avoiding common pitfalls, and correctly approaching the submission and publication process contribute to the rapid and smooth publication of English papers, thus achieving the international dissemination of research findings.
