基于CiteSpace的服务化研究热点与趋势分析

Analysis of Hotspots and Trends in CiteSpace-Based Servitization Research

摘要: 随着第三产业在国民经济中的占比持续提升，服务型制造在工业转型升级过程中的战略价值日益凸显。近年来，学术界围绕“服务化”这一主题展开了广泛探讨，系统整理相关研究成果，不仅有助于深化理论认知，对推动产业实践也具有重要意义。本研究选取中国知网(CNKI) 1998年至2024年间收录的1140篇服务化领域CSSCI论文作为样本，运用文献计量学方法，结合CiteSpace可视化分析工具，从作者合作网络、研究主题演进及学术发展脉络等维度展开系统性分析。研究发现：当前研究主体间尚未建立密切的协作网络，学术机构间的合作密度有待提升。然而，服务转型相关研究近年来呈现出显著的增长态势，已成为学术界重点关注领域。学术界的关注焦点多集中于服务型制造与高新技术产业的融合发展，其研究动态主要体现在对企业绩效、转型路径及商业模式等维度的实证分析。

Abstract: As the proportion of tertiary industry in the national economy continues to increase, the strategic value of service-oriented manufacturing in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading has become increasingly prominent. In recent years, academics have carried out extensive discussions around the theme of “servitization”, and the systematic collation of related research results not only helps to deepen the theoretical knowledge, but also is of great significance in promoting industrial practice. In this study, we selected 1140 CSSCI papers in the field of servitization from China Knowledge Network (CNKI) between 1998 and 2024 as samples, and systematically analyzed them in terms of authors’ cooperation network, research theme evolution, and academic development lineage by using bibliometrics and the CiteSpace visualization analysis tool. The study found that the current research subjects have not yet established a close collaboration network, and the density of cooperation between academic institutions needs to be improved. However, service transformation-related research has shown significant growth in recent years and has become a key area of academic interest. The focus of academic attention is mostly on the integration and development of service-oriented manufacturing and high-tech industries, and its research dynamics are mainly reflected in the empirical analysis of enterprise performance, transformation paths and business models and other dimensions.
